I'm giving 5 stars because i know it's the right amount of ingredients and it's easy and delicious, easy instructions, you can't go wrong.
This product is AMAZING. I've never been any good at making fried bread (heavy old hands of mine) so I jumped at the opportunity to purchase a 'pre-mixed' bag of ingredients, and this did not disappoint. We had it on New Year's Day with our creamed paua and it was a delightfully sinful to welcome the year. I hope this really takes off for you because you deserve this to not just be a 'side hustle' but to be your main hustle. E kore e mutu te mihi.

Excited to try - it didn’t disappoint- taste was nice, shared the first batch with our family of God.
It’s well balanced yet not yeasty. The product can be made into deferring combinations that aren’t solely fry bread. Ive made a pizza and buns and a couple of loaves of bread. I’m a qualified cook but I love this product. For me it takes the guess work out of a consistent well balanced product in taste, texture and proving.
This is amazing!! I’ve never really been able to master soft, fluffy fry bread until now. So easy and results were way beyond expectations. Kids keep asking to make more!
